All parcels are sent Royal Mail signed for, a signature will be required upon receipt.
Orders placed before 3pm will be posted on the same day
Orders placed after 3pm will be posted the next day
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are only ESTIMATES but are nearly always correct
You can return an item to us within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
- If you return your item after the 14 days we will return it back to you.
- The item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you recieved it. If there are any make up stains or fake tan marks your return will be returned back to you.
- To complete your return please fill in the returns slip provided and return to the address provided (returns slips are not provided with Sale items)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are non returnable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you via paypal. Paypal will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to clear.
FAULTY ITEM EXCHANGE
If an item is faulty we will replace your item in the same size/colour. Please note embellished items/sequin items may loose beading/sequins, as this is a delicate item this is not deemed faulty. If you deem your item faulty and wish to exchange it for the same item please return the item using the return form and we will send the new item out to you once we have received your return.
You are responsible for paying for your original postage and your return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund your shipping cost will be deducted.
We recommend using a signed for service or postal insurance as we are not responsible for any items that are returned until we receive them.
